Exym offers a full suite of scheduling solutions: from tracking appointments to checking-in clients. For multi-location agencies, you can even select rooms in other facilities. Once scheduled, front-desk staff can see who is arriving each day and check them in, creating one easy scheduling process from start to finish.


Check Clinician Availability

Allow your administrative staff to check the availability of multiple clinicians over a 7 day period, all within one screen.

Make Room Reservations

View room availability and make reservations for particular therapy rooms or meeting spaces.

View Clinician Calendar

Clinicians can view an overview of their monthly scheduled and completed activities. They can also make changes to their schedules, add comments, and note reasons for cancellation.

View Client Calendar

Display (or print) scheduled and completed activities for each client in a monthly calendar form, while also accessing associated activity notes.

Check-In Clients

Office staff can check-in clients on behalf of clinicians and inform the clinician through email about client arrivals.
